Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release.
  * d/control: Align Build-Depends with upstream.
  * d/p/Stop-passing-attr-to-keystoneclient-when-there-s-no-filter_value.patch:
    Dropped. Fixed upstream.
  * New upstream release.
  * d/control: Align Build-Depends with upstream.
  * d/p/Stop-passing-attr-to-keystoneclient-when-there-s-no-filter_value.patch:
    Dropped. Fixed upstream.

  * Watch file fixed.
  * Debian tests: Test Python3 version of swift CLI.
  * Standards-Version is 3.9.7 now (no change).
  * Fixed Vcs URLs.

  * Added patch:
    Stop-passing-attr-to-keystoneclient-when-there-s-no-filter_value.patch

All of the above has been done in Debian before or after.
This adds 2 new dependencies (git as a build-dependency and a dependency
of -doc on libjs-sphinxdoc) - but they are already in main.
