Seems fine, but what's the story with debian/tests/client?  Why does it
echo to stdout in the error case, instead of stderr and causing a test
failure that way?

You might also want a dep8 test for the python3 version.  Or change the
client test to run python2-aodh and python3-aodh instead of just aodh.
