I am not able to reproduce this, though granted I don't have the same
systems. A lot has changed since Kilo though, so it's quite possible the
condition that caused this has since been fixed indirectly.

Closing as Invalid. If this can be reproduced with the latest code,
please feel free to reopen this.

Bug description:
  the openstack version is kilo on buntu14.04. using MAAS+JUJU to deploy
  it.

  1. create instance from image, create instance snapshot, successfully
  2. create volume from one XIO_iSCSI backend, create instance 498164ac-c853-4a5a-93d0-7abab3639c5d from volume,  create instance snapshot. the size is 0 byte.
  3.create volume from one VNX_FC backend, create instance 4cec5383-8bc2-4fd9-aafd-473e16d97833 from volume,  create instance snapshot. the size is 0 byte.
