Hi,

I was going through the the openstack link and doing hands on practice
as well.

Below error I got after running the command:


stack at mirantis-HP-Z400-Workstation:/opt/devstack/devstack$ nova network-create first-net --fixed-range-v4 20.20.0.0/24 --project-id nova
ERROR (ClientException): Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible.

I am using mitaka version in devstack.
