Title:
  Openstack VNC Console does not take keyboard input

Status in horizon package in Ubuntu:

Status in openstack-dashboard package in Juju Charms Collection:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Using chrome as a browser I am unable to get keyboard input to be
  recognized by the openstack dashboard console unless I click the
  'Click here to show only console' link and take the console to full
  screen. Then input works as expected
