Bug description:
  ---Problem Description---
  The user and the owner are no longer named the same for DB2 files in version 11.1. 

  DB2_INSTANCE_GROUP in trove guest agent needs to be added to
  distinguish them.

  The db2 path needs to be changed to /opt/ibm/db2/V11.1 in trove guest agent code.
