Bug description:
  Will there be a rabbitmq-server package of version 3.6.x for trusty/xenial dists? 
  eg https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server/issues/714 is not backported in existing latest package (3.5.7-1ubuntu0.16.04.2) for trusty/xenial
