Status in horizon package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When creating loadbalancers on the horizon dashboard the HTTPS option
  for the listener seems to be missing/not rendered properly, even
  though it is available when using the CLI and a HTTPS listener can be
  successfully created using the CLI.
