MAAS version 2.3.0
Juju Version 2.3.4-xenial-amd64

Not able to deploy the openstack using the "juju deploy cs:bundle
/openstack-base-52"

Its failing to host the containers on nodes after the nodes deployed
with ubuntu 16.04.4
