Bug description:
  create() got an unexpected keyword argument 'source_replica'

  I am using python-openstackclient = 3.16.1 and python-cinderclient =
  3.6.1.

  When trying scl enable python27 'openstack volume create --size 1
  test-1', gives me this error.
