@Stein we dropped support for Python 2 in the ceph packaging, so the
python-rados package is no longer provided; there is an outstanding task
to actually get the old obsolete versions removed from the archive.

** Changed in: ceph (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Won't Fix

Title:
  Dependency issue in bionic-proposed/stein

Status in ceph package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Currently, in bionic-proposed/stein cloud mirror, the following unmet
  dependencies are found:

  Package: python-rados
  Depends: librados2 (= 13.2.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu3~cloud0)

  Package: librados2
  Version: 13.2.4+dfsg1-0ubuntu2~cloud0

Looks like python-rados for openstack cloud variant of bionic were not
  released when Ceph 13.2.4.

  Verified in http://ubuntu-
  cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/pool/main/c/ceph/ -- python-rados
  were not released for bionic.
