[Bug 1842515] [NEW] Conflicting Message in Queens Release Notes for HEAT

In the release notes for Heat in Queens release:

Version 10.0.0 Prelude says the HEAT is compatible with Keystone
Identity Federation.

But this conflicts with message under known issues, that says " Heat
does not work with keystone identity federation"

Please resolve this conflict.
