This bug was fixed in the package python-linecache2 - 1.0.0-4ubuntu1

  * Disable Python 2 unit testing for focal release (LP: #1870075):
    - Rebase on 1.0.0-3 for focal release.
    - d/control: Drop BDI's for Python 2.
    - d/rules: Skip testing on Python 2.
