Binaries don't generally have to go through MIR process, and it looks
like this has been done without recourse to the bug report. Closing
now.

Title:
  [MIR] ovn (binary only)

Status in ovn package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
OVN was split out of the openvswitch source code base during the Focal
  development cycle.

This bug report covers the promotion of ovn-host and ovn-central to
Ubuntu main in effect as binary only promotions.

The OVN package has a good level of in-build functional testing and is
maintained by the same community as openvswitch is upstream.

src:ovn is already seeded into main.
