Hello Manish, thanks for taking the time to file a bug report. The
latest version of python-boto in the Ubuntu Bionic archive is
2.44.0-1ubuntu2.18.04.0, and you shouldn't hit that "Breaks" issue by
using it. In other words, try again after running an `apt update`.

As a general note, you should probably switch to python3-boto, as Python
2 is not supported anymore.

I'm setting the status of this report to Incomplete, please set it back
to New if my suggestion above doesn't work and you still believe you
actually found a bug in Ubuntu; set it to Invalid if it was indeed just
the outdated package information. Thanks!

** Changed in: python-boto (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete

  E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.
