[Bug 1801153] Re: install openstack-dashboard on ubuntu 18.04 gets error ImportError: No module named escape

hey, the issue is real, the openstack-dashboard in openstack rocky on
top of the iubuntu 18 is unable to be installed. any tries to remove and
fully remove and fix and install never succeeded.

please advise
