     d/p/CVE-2019-14433.patch: Dropped. Fixed in upstream 19.0.2 release.

  UCA Stein repo used on Bionic

  When installing the nova-compute-qemu package the proper qemu is not
  installed which results in qemu-system not being installed. This
  results in the qemu emulator binaries to not be installed.
