Upstream horizon moved back to pyscss and django-pyscss now as they're
now apparently being maintained. Marking as won't fix for now.

** Changed in: python-django-pyscss (Ubuntu)

Title:
   [MIR] python-django-pyscss2, python-pyscss2

Status in python-django-pyscss package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Upstream django-pyscss and pyscss have been forked due to lack of
maintenance. The forked upstreams are at:

  https://github.com/e0ne/pyScss # pyscss2
  https://github.com/e0ne/django-pyScss # django-pyscss2

The old packages are already in main via MIR:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1370452

All reverse-depends have been switched over to the pyscss2 packages in focal. Thefore we can remove the old packages. RM bug:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1869207

The pyscss2 packages are in the Focal new queue.
