Upstream horizon moved back to pyscss and django-pyscss now as they're
now apparently being maintained. Marking as won't fix for now.

Bug description:
  The upstream projects for pyscss and django-pyscss have been lacking
  maintenance and therefore forked to:

  https://github.com/e0ne/pyScss  # pyscss2
  https://github.com/e0ne/django-pyScss  # django-pyscss2

  New packages have been created for python-pyscss2 and python-django-
  pyscss2 and all reverse dependencies have been updated to use the
  pyscss2's.

  python-pyscss and python-django-pyscss source/binary packages are
  therefore no longer needed.
