Hi Corey,

I was preparing a testing package of OVS to backport this patch
https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/commit/044c8406c403e76326248855dabc3131afe9d8aa
which solves a bug in a production environment.

I sorted this out just uploading a "no-change rebuild" deb into the ppa
I was preparing, so it's not a blocker, I wonder if >=Stein suffer from
the same issue, I haven't checked yet.

  when trying to build openvswitch from train in a ppa and using ubuntu-
  cloud-archive/rocky-staging as a ppa dependency, it will fail with
  this error:

   sbuild-build-depends-openvswitch-dummy : Depends: libdpdk-dev (>=
  18.11.2-4~) but it is not going to be installed
