Bug description:
  As for stable/stein version 3.0.0 has a bug that does not allow
  creation of loadbalancers.

  This renders the package useless.

  The next minor has the fix as per
  https://docs.openstack.org/releasenotes/octavia-
  dashboard/stein.html#relnotes-3-0-1-stable-stein

  Please package 3.0.1 for stable/stein.
