[Bug 1912255] [NEW] volume backup delete event is not getting captured

Public bug reported:

While deleting the volume backup, ended_at timestamp of the respective
gnocchi resource is not getting updated. By default in
gnocchi_resources.yaml for volume resource type event_delete attribute
is configured only for volume.delete.end and snapshot.delete.end.
