Bug description:
  Hi,

  The latest version of neutron in yoga i.e 20.2 includes critical bug
  fixes related to ovn 22.03.

  Without above fix, it is difficult to use ML2/OVN in production
  because of loop creation in NB and SB DBs of OVN.

  Need neutron 20.2 for jammy and focal (via UCA).
