The neutron-vpnaas-dashboard package is available in Ubuntu:

* jammy (22.04LTS) (python): OpenStack VPN as a Service - dashboard plugin [universe]
5.0.0-1: all

* kinetic (python): OpenStack VPN as a Service - dashboard plugin [universe]
6.0.0-2: all 

but without having it available in the the intermediate OpenStack
versions via UCA this will break every other release (if there are
changes).

  Currently there unfortunately seem to be no packaging of the neutron-
  vpnaas-dashboard (https://opendev.org/openstack/neutron-vpnaas-

  dashboard/) available via UCA.

  There are packages in Ubuntu itself though:

  Would be great of those could be added.
