wtforms-alchemy needs given back once python-sqlalchemy-utils is built.
wtforms-json will be retried automatically once wtforms-alchemy is
built.

Bug description:
  wtforms-alchemy in lunar-proposed fails to build with sqlalchemy-utils
  0.37.8-1ubuntu1 which we currently have in Ubuntu.  It succeeds with
  0.38.2-2 from Debian unstable.  Make sure python-sqlalchemy-utils gets
  merged next cycle.  (It hasn't been merged since 2021.)
