Public bug reported:

Package ceph-fuse contains a known bug that renders it pretty much
useless (unless workarounds are put in place). The bug has already been
fixed upstream in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/50668; original bug
report here: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/56725.
