Frode, I've uploaded this to zed-staging. It targets the other bug so
I'll make this a duplicate of it. I didn't push the changes to the git
repository as I'm not sure if we're keeping that updated for cloud
archive only releases.

Bug description:
  Hello.

  I have recently run into the following bug

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openvswitch/+bug/2018500

  Which has been fixed in OVS 2.17.7, 3.1.2 and 3.2.0.

  The issue is that OpenStack ZED makes use currently of 3.0.3, and as
  such does not have this fix.

  Can the OpenStack ZED version for openvswitch be bumped or rebuilt to
  a version that has a fix for the above bug.
