Bug description:
  python-memcache 1.59-8 contains the patch fixing 3.12 invalid escape sequence '\ ' bug [1]
  that was fixed earlier in Ubuntu[2].

  There is no delta between 1.59-7ubuntu1 and 1.59-8.
