  The barbican-retry service can't be deployed

Status in barbican package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Barbican has provided the barbican-retry service, which retries asynchronously failed certificate order tasks.
  However there is no barbican-retry package available so we can't deploy run the barbican-retry daemon via systemd.
