There are remaining reverse-build-dependencies in the archive.  What do
you want done with these?

Bug description:
  Please remove the migrate package from plucky development.

  $ reverse-depends src:migrate

  no remaining reverse dependencies and its been removed from Debian
  unstable/testing as well.
