Public bug reported:

I was asked to send this bug report by the d-release-upgrade.

Apparently the upgrade of cephadm failed on a missing
/var/lib/cephadm/.ssh folder. Actualy, even the cephadm folder didn't
exist... This folder doesn't exists on none of my hosts.

I've uninstalled cephadm, did a 'dpkg --configure -a' and reinstalled
cephadm. I had a little trouble getting my host back online and out of
maintenance, but all seems ok now.

I would just suggest let the installer creates the nescesarry folder and
files if they don't exist?
