This particular build failure seems to have long since been resolved, as
newer packages are built and shipping:

### Ubuntu ###
python-tooz | 2.0.0-0ubuntu1  | focal
python-tooz | 2.10.0-0ubuntu1 | jammy
python-tooz | 6.0.1-0ubuntu1  | noble
python-tooz | 6.0.1-0ubuntu1  | oracular

There is currently a b-d issue with python-tooz 6.0.1 but that's
unrelated to this report.
