As it was a sync the changelog didn't have the bug, but it fully migrated

  [FFe] Update OVN to new 25.03.0 upstream version

Status in ovn package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  As detailed in an upstream announcement [0][1][2], the OVN 25.03.0
  release was delayed. After release there were bugs discovered that
  would block the autopkgtest in the Ubuntu CI [3] delaying our ability
  to sync the package.

  This new upstream version includes fixes performance improvements and
  new features that are important for our community, and we would like
  to include it in the Ubuntu Plucky release.

  OVN 25.03.0 has been uploaded to Debian unstable [4].

  The package can also be viewed in a PPA for details on how it would
  look on Ubuntu [5].
