I'm marking this one as a duplicate of bug 2097605, as it's included in
the 19.2.1 release according to upstream [0][1]. We should get 19.2.1
released instead, given Ceph already has an SRU exception as part of the
Openstack suite [2].

Title:
squid: mgr/balancer preventing orchestrator and dashboard
functionality
Status in ceph package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
In Squid 19.2.0, there's a bug that affects Ceph dashboard if the Ceph
balancer module is enabled (which is enabled by default), resulting
dashboard crashes.
This has been reported upstream: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/68657
and fix: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/60523 is currently targeted for the next release 19.2.1.
Squid 19.2.1 release is currently undergoing QE validation:
https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/69234
Depending on the release timeline, we may be able to SRU this fix
before 19.2.1 release.
