  * Merge with Debian unstable. (LP: #2116149) Remaining changes:
    - d/watch: Use pypi for upstream releases (this includes the
      testsuite submodule), repack new upstream tarball.
    - d/control: Enable pybuild autopkgtests.
    - d/control, rules: Enable build time unit tests.
