  Confirmed

Bug description:
  OS - Noble, ceph - squid
  # s3cmd setacl --acl-public s3://test/testfile
   ERROR: S3 error: 400 (InvalidArgument): Invalid group uri
  same thing when I use s3browser
  if you use radosgw of the old version, then there is no error
