[Bug 2136411] [NEW] [glance] Glance packaging to Flamingo (2025.2) is not based on top of 2025.2

Description

It has been discovered, that python3-glance for Flamingo release was not
actually created from the 2025.2 patch, as does not contain glance.wsgi
module.

This module has been implemented by the patch
https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/glance/+/932701 which should be
present for both 2025.1 and 2025.2

This makes it impossible to use uwsgi module as assumed to be working.

Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
python3-glance 2:31.0.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0
