[Bug 2098856] [NEW] [autopkgtests] libxdp selftests not run

Public bug reported:

The autopkgtest currently run tests installed on the system through the
xdp-tests package.

However, the tests in lib/libxdp/tests are not installed there.

One alternative may be to run the tests through the use of `make test`
[0], another could be to make the upstream project also install the
libxdp selftests.
