Hello everyone!

Given that trove now has a PTL, could we get this package in the Jammy
Caracal cloud archive so we can at least get from Yoga to the latest LTS
on Jammy? The last UCA that has this package is Bobcat.

Bug description:
  I noticed that UCA Caracal does not provide the core trove packages such as python3-trove, though these packages were available in UCA Bobcat or older releases.
  It it expected or the packages may be added later ?

  Interestingly the trove-dashboard package is available in Caracal. So
  if trove is removed from the distribution then it may need to be
  removed, too.
