Bug description:
The Ubuntu Cloud Archive currently provides python3-glance 28.1.0 for
OpenStack Caracal, but this version contains a critical bug that
breaks metadata definitions import.
**Bug Details:**
- Upstream bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/2094816
- Fixed in: Glance 28.2.0 (commit 028de8e37)
- Current UCA version: 28.1.0
- Requested UCA version: 28.2.0
**Impact:**
The command `glance-manage db_load_metadefs /etc/glance/metadefs/ merge prefer_new` fails with TypeError, breaking core Glance functionality.
**Request:**
Could Ubuntu Cloud Archive be updated to include Glance 28.2.0 for Caracal users? While Caracal is unmaintained upstream, many production deployments still rely on UCA packages and would benefit from this critical fix.
