[Bug 2125237] [NEW] [FFE] Version 3.2.0 required for OpenStack Ironic

Public bug reported:

The newest version of OpenStack Ironic requires version 3.2.0 of python-
futurist as part of the recent removal of eventlet[1][2]. The version
3.1.0 currently in Ubuntu Questing is missing the necessary change for
the latest Flamingo version of Ironic and is blocking the upgrade to the
newest version. An exception is requested to import version 3.2.0 of
python-futurist from Debian into Ubuntu Questing[3].
