Public bug reported:

A Debian sync of python-keystoneclient 1.5.8.0-4 is requested for the
OpenStack Gazpacho release. 0-2 is currently in Ubuntu Resolute but we
require the patch in 0-4 to remove an unnecessary universe dependency
(python-keyring). This is a minor patch bump the the regression risk is
minimal.
