This bug unfortunately provides too little information to allow any
analysis, please ensure you're running the test in a suitable
environment and provide a complete set of logs.

For reference, we have recent good results as linked off of bug 2129580.

Bug description:
  Autopkgests for openvswitch are getting stuck and time out in questing
  at least. I have done some testing commenting out parts of the tests
  and found out that it breaks on tests that need two interfaces and
  thus run something like:

  ADD_VETH(p0, at_ns0, br0, "10.1.1.1/24")
  ADD_VETH(p1, at_ns1, br0, "10.1.1.2/24")

  Commenting out one of those lines prevents the test to time out
  (although the test fails obviously)

  This only happens in Questing. Tests work fine in Noble and Resolute.
