Public bug reported:

The 4.3.0-4 sync dropped the Ubuntu delta to demote python3-jaeger-
client to Suggests:

If this is still an optional dependency, please re-demote it. It is
currently trying to pull Qt5 into main.

If it is no longer an optional dependency, then we'll need to do more
untangling!
