Bug description:
  ## FFe ##

  A Debian sync of the latest version of Cloudkitty is requested for
  OpenStack 2026.1 Gazpacho. Version 24.0.0~rc1 has recently been
  published to Debian experimental:
  https://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/cloudkitty

  This package has been built against Ubuntu Resolute in a PPA here:
  https://launchpad.net/~mylesjp/+archive/ubuntu/gazpacho-test/+build/32714744

  Note that this package does not ship a conventional Changelog file.
  The diff of the releasenotes between 23.0.0 and 24.0.0~rc1 has been
  included in this FFe anyway.

  The potential for regression is minimal as this is simply a version
  update for an existing OpenStack service. It built successfully
  against other new releases of OpenStack services in the PPA.

  Note that this is a Release Candidate package and another FFe will be
  filed once the final version 24.0.0 is released.
