i've got amd64 for 22.04 (from 26.04) to build in a ppa https://launchpad.net/~jj/+archive/ubuntu/lp2147209-openvswitch-backport
other archs are waiting for build :)

please try if this suits your needs already!

Status in openvswitch package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  to fix issues with ovs offload in PS6 leading to pkt loss and high latency.
  seems to be related to how ovs dump and sweep flows.
  version 3.7 may help with enhanced hardware offloading support.

  backport requested to be in server-backports ppa, but we have to
  determine a suitable place.
