[Bug 2154210] [NEW] Questing/Flamingo missing wsgi scripts

Public bug reported:

In 2025.2 (Flamingo), upstream removed api and metadata WSGI scripts [1]
This is fixed in Resolute [2], but the problem still exists in Questing/Flamingo UCA.
