lxc stopping units and problem with upload iso

Hi,
few days ago I installed openstack via openstack-install. One day later
when try login to Dash but I can't. So I decided connect to server to check
what happend. In top all process look fine but when connect to
uoi-bootstrap and print container agents on units are stopped. Here is juju
status: http://pastebin.com/SzEQJPdT .

Second problem, when I try upload iso via dash display error "You can't
upload this file". This reason display even if try download iso from
website. Try ping website from dash server and glance server they have
internet connection. When upload file from local disc then decrease disk
space on glance server  but at the end of sending this error occurs and
increases the amount of space. No reason in log file.
