Can't load ISO image to openstack

Try upload Windows installer ISO to openstack and i can't. All time when
try send  via dash have error
​ "​
can't upload image
​". ​During the process of  sending I logged to glance to verify sending
and all look fine space on disk decrase but on finish display error in dash
and on glance space disk incrase. No information about error in log.
