problem with openstack-install

Ah ok, so this may not be directly an installer problem. Are you able to
describe your MAAS setup along with what proxy information you've entered
into the webui? I've seen problems like this before where MAAS isn't able
to reach out through the proxy and it usually boils down to a missing
configuration step within MAAS itself.
